Delete your account

Peek Outside creates an anonymous account for you the first time you open the app, so that your points and progress have somewhere to live. You can have that account and everything attached to it deleted at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — in the app (fastest)

Open Peek Outside.
Open the menu and go to Settings → Account.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

The deletion takes effect immediately and the app keeps working afterwards — a new, empty account is created the next time you need one.

Option 2 — by email

If you cannot open the app, email feedback@peekoutside.com with the subject Delete my account.

To help us find the right account, please include your account ID, which is shown in the app under Settings → Account. We will confirm once it is done, normally within 30 days.

The app does not ask for your name, email address or phone number, so we have no email address on file for you. Without the account ID from the app we may not be able to identify your account — if you can open the app at all, Option 1 is faster and more reliable.

What gets deleted

Your account identifier	Anonymised transaction records, where we are required to keep them for accounting or legal purposes — these are no longer linked to you
The device identifiers attached to the account (device ID, Android ID, OAID)
Your points, experience, level and task progress
Claimed rewards and entitlements
The link to a Google account, if you had linked one

Deleting your account does not cancel or affect anything outside Peek Outside, and it does not require you to uninstall the app. Preferences stored only on your device — such as saved cities — are removed when you uninstall the app, or by clearing the app's data in Android settings.
